Protect privacy when asking Levels for support

Share only what support needs. Keep passwords, dancer records, payment information, and health details out of chat.

Levels can usually investigate a question with the membership email, studio name, affected page, exact error, support code, device/browser, and a brief description.

Do not send

  • Passwords or one-time sign-in codes.

  • Full payment-card or bank information.

  • Dancer names or contact details.

  • Completed assessment forms or individual results, even with names removed.

  • Medical, health, or accommodation details.

  • Private studio credentials.

  • Screenshots containing information about another person.

Support chat is not a dancer-record system

Support conversations may be recorded and reviewed by the Levels team. Do not assume information disappears after sending it, or that chat is unrecorded, automatically deleted, or suitable for confidential dancer records.

The Teaching Studio does not store completed dancer assessments. That is different from saying that support chat does not retain messages. Keep completed assessments, scores, and individual results in your studio’s approved record system. For help, describe the blank form section or ask a general question instead.

If something sensitive was already shared

Stop sending additional private details and ask the Levels team to review the conversation. Remove or redact the information if that option is available.

Suspected account compromise, privacy incidents, child-safety concerns, and exposed credentials need immediate review by a person. Ask for the Levels team or email [email protected], without sending the exposed password or code.

Keep identifiable dancer records in your studio’s approved record system, not in support chat or public Community discussions.
