Review the suggested practice and decide what is suitable for the class. Explain the task in simple language before students leave. Keep it brief, achievable, and connected to the week's focus.
Family connection
Use the family prompt to tell caregivers what dancers explored and give them one supportive question or activity. The goal is understanding and encouragement, not at-home correction or formal grading.
Share the handout
Preview and print the weekly one-page lesson plan when you want a physical take-home copy. Avoid adding dancer names or assessment results to a copy that will be distributed.
If a practice task does not suit a dancer's age, space, or needs, modify it while keeping the lesson's learning goal.
