The assessment area provides shared, printable tools. The portal does not ask for dancer names, store results, or connect assessment data to a studio account.
Choose the curriculum
Open Assessments and select Hip Hop 1 or Breaking 1. Level 2 and Level 3 tools will be added after their criteria are ready.
Choose the right printable
Checkpoint sheets support focused observations at planned points in the curriculum. The full skills checklist shows supporting outcomes across the level. The family progress report provides a blank summary of growth, next goals, and support at home.
Observe during normal teaching
Use evidence from regular class activities. Leave an area unrated when you have not observed enough evidence. Keep attendance, effort, confidence, and personality separate from skill evidence.
Use ratings carefully
Ratings describe the evidence shown for a specific outcome. Do not average ratings into one overall percentage. Review core outcomes, selected skill-bank requirements, application, and safety together. The current forms support instructor judgment; they do not determine advancement on their own.
Protect dancer information
Print only the forms you need. Keep completed forms within your studio’s normal student-record process. Do not send completed dancer forms through the Levels chat. If you need help using a form, remove names and personal details before sharing an example.
