The weekly lesson page includes the matching lesson resource. Check the curriculum and week before using it. Viewing, printing, and distributing materials are different permissions.
Check your access and intended use
Individual instructor memberships provide view-only lesson resources. Eligible studio accounts may show a print action, depending on the verified role and entitlement. A visible print button is not a blanket distribution license. Check current plan terms before printing or sharing with families. If the terms or permissions are unclear, message Levels rather than assuming all Studio Monthly or instructor plans allow the same use.
Preview one lesson page
Open the correct weekly lesson in the Teaching Studio. Choose its Handout or Lesson resource control. The viewer opens the page for that lesson, not the whole curriculum document.
Check the title, week, and edition shown in the viewer. Studio curriculum names can differ from the Levels name underneath. If a personalized title or resource does not match the class, message Levels before distributing it.
Print cleanly when permitted
Use Print handout in the viewer if the action is available and your intended use is allowed.
Choose Letter paper, portrait orientation, and one page per sheet.
Turn off the browser’s Headers and footers option if dates, titles, web addresses, or page numbers appear around the handout.
Use Fit or the browser’s suggested scale if 100% creates another page.
Check the preview shows one clean sheet before printing.
Paper, scaling, headers, footers, and printer selection belong to your browser and printer. A browser’s ability to print or save a PDF does not expand your membership or license rights.
If a control is missing or the page will not load
Confirm you are signed in with your own Levels account and that the lesson is included in your current access. Reload the page and try a current browser. Do not use someone else’s login or create a new account to bypass a missing permission.
For help, include the curriculum, week, browser/device, and exact error. Keep passwords, sign-in links, private substitute links, and dancer or family records out of chat.
