A Levels curriculum card is a weekly roadmap. Read the theme and lesson first, choose a manageable group of skills, then use the linked videos only where you need support. Read the card in this order 1. Theme: The main idea for the week, such as groove, foundation, musicality, control, or freestyle. 2. Lesson: What dancers are learning and why it matters. 3. Key concepts: Cultural, historical, musical, or mindset context. 4. Warm-up and skills: Movement options for the class. 5. Activity: A game or exercise that reinforces the focus. 6. Home training: A small practice prompt. 7. Parent corner: Language that helps families understand the week's purpose. 8. Review and links: Items to revisit and connected videos or resources. Choose what fits the class You are not expected to complete every item. A strong first plan is one warm-up, two or three skills, one activity, and one wrap-up. Choose fewer items when dancers need more repetition or the class is shorter. Use videos as teacher support Preview videos for unfamiliar items. You do not need to replay every video in class or memorize the entire library. Save or download planned videos if that feature is available on your device and membership. Adapt after you understand the sequence Follow the curriculum sequence before making large changes. Once you understand the progression and can see what the dancers need, adjust pacing, repetition, and delivery using your professional judgment. Plan permissions matter Printing, sharing, branding, and parent-facing distribution rights depend on the current membership or license. Check the current plan terms before distributing curriculum content outside authorized staff.
