Get help and know what information to include

Reach the Levels team with the information needed to investigate, while keeping private details out of chat.

Use the Help Center for step-by-step answers about setup, teaching with Levels, sign-in, printing, videos, and browser troubleshooting. Use Message Levels when the question is specific to your account, studio, class, or access.

Did the Instagram bot add me to a CRM?

Levels Guide cannot confirm from general Help Center knowledge whether an Instagram or ManyChat interaction created a CRM record, sent a message, or changed your account. Do not treat a description of a planned automation as proof that it ran for you. For an account-activity review, use Message Levels in your portal or email [email protected] to reach the Levels team. Describe the channel, approximate time, and what you expected; do not send passwords, sign-in codes, or private conversation exports.

Is Marley safe for power moves?

Levels Guide cannot approve Marley or another floor for a particular breaking or power move from chat. Have a qualified instructor and the studio or facility assess the movement, surface, space, and supervision before relying on it. Ask Levels for clarification about a Levels resource through Message Levels or [email protected]; that review is not a safety approval. Do not send medical records or identifiable dancer information.

Can Levels support write recital choreography for a copyrighted song?

Levels support can help with general class planning and using approved Levels resources, but it does not supply a rights-cleared recital routine or confirm permission to use a particular song. Describe the teaching or resource question without uploading song files or paid choreography. For Levels resource and licensing questions, ask a team member through Message Levels or [email protected]. A support answer or playlist link does not grant music-use rights.

For a technical problem, include

  • The email connected to the membership.

  • The studio name when relevant.

  • The page you were using.

  • What you expected and what happened instead.

  • The exact error or support code.

  • Your device and browser.

  • Whether the problem happens again, and any checks already tried.

A screenshot can help when it contains no private information.

Keep sensitive details out of chat

Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, payment-card details, dancer names, completed assessments, medical information, or screenshots containing private customer information.

When a person is needed

Billing, refund, cancellation, licensing, privacy, security, safety, and account-specific access issues need a Levels team member. Levels Guide is an AI support agent and cannot approve exceptions or repair an account itself.

You can ask to speak with a person or email [email protected]. Include a concise description and only the information needed for the issue.
