Use the email connected to your Levels membership. Studio instructors should use the exact email where their studio invitation arrived. Each person uses their own account; do not share the owner’s login.
Does a studio invitation confirm my access or change my Dancer subscription?
Receiving an invitation is not the same as confirmed Teaching Studio access. Accept and connect it using the exact invited email. Your current studio role and curriculum entitlement must also be valid. An invitation does not mean every studio curriculum or tool is included.
Before buying an individual instructor plan, ask the studio owner to confirm your invitation and included curriculum. Receiving or accepting a studio invitation does not confirm the status of a separate Dancer subscription or any change to it. We cannot confirm from an invitation whether that subscription is active, changes, cancels, or needs upgrading; do not assume either automatic cancellation or automatic continuation. For your own subscription status or an access mismatch, choose Message Levels or email [email protected]. Do not purchase a duplicate plan to work around the problem.
Open the Teaching Studio
Open it from the Levels app or go to portal.dancelevels.app. Follow the sign-in option shown for your account. If you were invited to a studio, follow and accept that invitation with the invited email before your first ordinary portal visit.
An invitation is for a specific email and can expire. If it no longer works, ask the studio owner or administrator to check it, or message Levels. Do not create a second account to work around a studio or role mismatch.
What access should you expect?
Studio owner or administrator: studio workspace, My Studio, Launch Center, classes, team access, operations, and eligible studio or marketing resources.
Invited studio instructor: My Teaching, studio named curricula, and stock curricula. You can browse curricula and classes beyond those you teach; class assignments identify teaching responsibilities and the classes available for progress updates. My Studio, Launch Center, team management, operations, and marketing are owner/administrator tools.
Individual instructor membership: the curriculum included with that person’s plan and personal teaching tools. This is not studio group access. Lesson resources are view-only under individual instructor access; it does not include studio management, assessments, Performance Music, classroom printables, or marketing.
Dancer membership: learning and practice in the Levels app, not Teaching Studio access. Video-only or Digital memberships do not automatically include the Teaching Studio.
Studio teaching tools still depend on the verified role and current entitlement. A visible resource or print button is not a blanket license to distribute materials. Ask Levels when printing, sharing, music, or plan rights are unclear.
If something looks wrong
If your name, studio, role, assigned class, or curriculum access looks wrong, choose Message Levels with the email you used and what you expected to see. Stop before changing classes, purchasing another plan, or creating a duplicate account.
Never send a password, sign-in code, magic sign-in link, private substitute link, or dancer record in support chat.
The full Levels video library and Community remain at watch.dancelevels.app. Use the account connected to your membership. Many teaching, onboarding, and Preschool videos also play directly inside the portal.
