Set up classes with the Studio Launch Center

For studio owners and administrators: build from your real schedule, review curriculum matches, and correct class details.

The Studio Launch Center helps studio owners and administrators connect real Hip Hop and Breaking classes to Levels. It is not an instructor or dancer setup tool. You need an eligible studio account; reading this guide does not grant portal access.

Start studio setup

  1. Sign in to the Teaching Studio with your own studio owner or administrator account.

  2. Open My Studio, then Open Launch Center.

  3. Confirm the studio name and, if you want website lookup, enter the studio’s official website.

  4. Review the available setup sources and choose Set up my studio. Levels looks for supported Hip Hop and Breaking classes it can verify.

Website discovery can create verified classes automatically. You do not need to approve every row before anything is created. Review the results afterward: class name, day, start time, length, Levels curriculum, and instructor assignments.

If the schedule is missing or incomplete

Levels does not invent a class or schedule. If no usable classes are found, the stock curriculum library remains available. You can add a class in My Studio, or choose the schedule-import option shown in Launch Center.

Schedule uploads support CSV, TSV, XLS, XLSX, and PDF. Include class-level details only. Do not upload dancer rosters, attendance, family, billing, or medical records.

If a class needs more information, use Correct class details and check every field before saving. Follow the available finish-setup action when the review is complete.

Check the curriculum, not just the class name

Your studio name for a class can differ from the Levels curriculum underneath. A class called “Level 2” does not automatically mean the dancers are ready for Levels 2. Review demonstrated foundations and readiness when choosing the match.

Two weekly meetings can use the same curriculum while keeping separate class cards, schedules, instructors, and progress. Confirm the correct meeting before teaching or marking a lesson taught.

Make later corrections in My Studio

For a wrong name, schedule, length, curriculum, or assignment, edit the affected class in My Studio. Do not rerun the entire launch or create a duplicate just to fix one detail.

A saved studio profile does not recolor the Levels portal or publish marketing to your website. If setup is interrupted or access looks wrong, choose Message Levels and describe the step and error. Do not send passwords, sign-in links, or student records.
