Launch Levels in your first seven days

Use a simple day-by-day plan to prepare and teach one successful pilot class.

The goal of the first week is one well-prepared pilot class, not a full-studio rollout. Days 1–2: Decide Choose one class, one level, and one teacher. Confirm class length and dancers’ starting experience. Days 2–3: Orient the teacher Have the teacher watch the core orientation and curriculum-card walkthrough. Confirm that they can open the correct week and locate its videos and resources. Days 3–4: Prepare Open week one, preview unfamiliar material, choose two or three skills, and save the videos needed for class. Download ahead of time if the feature is available and studio Wi-Fi is weak. Days 4–5: Communicate Tell families that the class is using a structured hip hop or breaking progression. Keep the message short and explain what students will begin learning. Days 6–7: Teach and review Teach the first lesson, keep the plan simple, and note what dancers need next. After class, record one success, one question, and one adjustment for the following week. What to avoid • Waiting for every teacher to be ready • Rewriting the curriculum before using it • Starting in a later week without a clear reason • Adding too many skills to the first class • Treating a messy first attempt as a failed rollout
