Before joining: review studio membership
If your studio has not joined Levels yet, first compare Studio Monthly and Licensed Studio. Confirm the curriculum scope and current membership terms before purchasing. You can identify a pilot class, teacher, and class length while deciding.
Teaching Studio sign-in, onboarding videos, class setup, and lesson preparation begin only after you have eligible studio access. If your studio already has Teaching Studio access, use the owner or administrator account and each teacher’s authorized invitation; do not buy another plan just to begin.
After joining: choose your rollout
Start with one rollout path and use it consistently for four to six weeks before expanding. A limited first launch makes it easier to support the teacher, learn the system, and correct small problems.
Option 1 soft start
Choose one class, one level, and one teacher. Use that class as the pilot for four to six weeks, then document what worked before expanding. This suits a studio new to structured hip hop or breaking or looking for a limited first test.
Option 2 session reset
Introduce the structure at the beginning of a term or session. Align participating classes to the intended levels and give teachers the same onboarding expectations. This suits a studio with session-based enrollment and a leadership team ready to coordinate multiple classes.
Option 3 targeted teacher support
Use Levels first with instructors who need clearer preparation, progression, or hip hop-specific support. Studio leadership sets the pacing and checks in regularly. This suits newer instructors or teachers moving into a less familiar style.
Give each teacher a clear handoff
Confirm their own authorized Levels account or studio invitation. Do not share the owner’s login.

Answer questions before the first class and check in after the first lesson.
Buying the curriculum does not automatically create implementation. Give the teacher time, expectations, access, and a small first win.
