The current review has two access steps because the new portal and Uscreen are separate systems.
Teacher portal
During private review, portal.dancelevels.app uses the shared review password supplied by Levels. It keeps the unpublished portal private but does not identify individual people or subscription levels.
Uscreen videos
watch.dancelevels.app uses the studio's Uscreen account. Video access depends on the subscriptions and permissions attached to that account.
Planned subscriber experience
Levels is working with Uscreen on a supported connection so a qualifying subscriber can use their Uscreen identity to enter the portal and open authorized video content. That connection is not live in the review version.
Do not send either password through support chat. If access fails, provide your email address and studio name so the Levels team can investigate safely.
