Find marketing, music, apps, and classroom resources

The Teaching Studio groups resources by the job they support. Your own membership, curriculum entitlement, and studio role determine which areas and actions are available.

Putting your studio logo on Levels curriculum is a branded or licensed use that depends on your verified entitlement and approved terms. Access to Canva templates or Studio marketing is not permission to rebrand lesson cards. Do not assume Studio Monthly or individual instructor access includes curriculum branding.

Review the public Licensed Studio information and ask Levels to confirm eligibility and intended use before changing or distributing curriculum materials. This article does not grant branding rights or promise a delivery date.

Studio owners and administrators can open Studio marketing for Canva templates, sample emails, and the website kit. Studio instructors and individual instructor memberships do not include owner marketing tools.

Use a template link to create your own editable copy rather than changing the master. Replace placeholder names, dates, links, and claims, and review everything before publishing or sending it. Levels does not automatically publish these materials to your website.

Open Music library for Levels playlists. Spotify controls its playback and account requirements. Preview selections before class and follow your studio’s content and volume policies.

Performance Music is a separate, entitlement-dependent part of the music library for eligible studio teaching roles; it is not included with individual instructor memberships. Access to a playlist or music player is not a blanket statement about performance or distribution rights. Ask Levels about licensing questions instead of assuming all uses are included.

Eligible studio owners, administrators, and studio instructors can access Classroom printables and Assessments. Individual instructor memberships do not include these studio tools.

Choose the specific resource you need and check your current plan terms before printing or distributing it. Keep dancer names and assessment records in the studio’s approved record system, not support chat. Availability of a control does not by itself establish permission for every intended use.

Open Preschool and choose Watch Preschool Blueprint for the existing ten-video guide, which plays in the portal. It helps instructors adapt Hip Hop Level 1 for younger dancers; it is supplemental guidance, not a separate finished preschool curriculum. Access to the Blueprint does not add a Hip Hop curriculum that is outside your membership.

Open Apps & access for the official app and web links shown there. Use those destinations when helping teachers or families find Levels; each person still needs the appropriate account and access.

The Levels app and video library remain the home of Community. Use Updates & feedback for portal updates and feedback, and Message Levels for account or access help. A Help Center how-to does not grant access to a paid resource.

Confirm your own email, membership, and studio role. Ask the studio owner or administrator about your team connection, or message Levels with the resource name and page. Do not share another person’s login, buy a second plan, or create a duplicate account to work around an access mismatch.
